Delivery & Returns
Here at PIC Coffee, we know you want to sip sustainably ASAP! We are committed to bringing you your orders quickly.
Your PIC box will reach you within 2-5 days of placing the order.
We currently offer delivery only within the UK.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery address. We cannot be held liable for any delivery issues arising from incorrect address provided.
If you’d like to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as
possible. However, once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any PIC Coffee products.
EXCHANGE
We do not offer direct exchanges for returned products.
Tracking your Order
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
To track the delivery status of your PIC Order, you can visit the Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID and email address to know when your PIC box will arrive.
While we take pride in our timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. In cases of significant delays, we will make sure to inform you.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our
customer support team at customercare@piccoffee.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate actions to rectify the situation.
We may request photographic evidence or other relevant information to assess the issue. If the product is found to be faulty or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a refund or a replacement.
